Here is an outline of the coming weeks:
Step 1
Shingle Color Selection (if applicable): If your project involves composition shingles and your roofing contract does not specify a shingle color, we will email you a "Shingle Color Form" to complete and sign electronically. We are unable to obtain a permit from the city until we receive this information.
Step 2
Permit Acquisition: After signing the contract, please allow our office 1-2 business days to initiate the permit process. Please be mindful that this can take up to 2-3 weeks based on the city's processing times. We will not schedule your project until we receive the permit.
Step 3
Schedule Start Date: Once we have obtained your permit, we will contact you with the earliest possible start date. This will include bin delivery, project commencement, and city inspection dates.
Step 4
Project Start: Please refer to the "Project Timeline" that we will send you upon confirming your start date.
