Roof Re-Certification - when the roofing project is complete and solar is re-installed, we will come back to the property to make sure there wasn’t damage sustained from the solar panel installation. Anything that we can seal with mastic, we will seal. However if there are more significant damages, we will provide a post-inspection report with our findings. Solar company can then either a) have their installation team make the necessary roof repairs, or b) GreenCal will send you a change order and perform any necessary repairs
